All goods supplied by the supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of invoice. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from damage caused by actions that are beyond Frankenstein Pcs control, including for example, impacts, fluid spills, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning, power surges or use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify the supplier in writing via the technical support E-mail in the contact us section within 48 hours of delivery.

All monitors supplied by Frankenstein Pcs come with no direct warranty from Frankenstein Pcs. There is a warranty on monitors supplied directly from the supplier. This warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not Frankenstein Pcs. Like all online computer suppliers Frankenstein Pcs will not entertain any warranty issues regarding dead pixels. These issues must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer and the manufacturers decision will be final in all cases.

How Frankenstein Pcs Will Fix Defective Warranted Products

For all products covered under warranty with Frankenstein Pcs, we will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the problem over the Internet. If we determine that the problem lies in a defective part covered by your warranty then we will have you send the product back to us for repair or replacement.

Duties and applicable taxes are not calculated by Frankenstein Pcs. International customers are solely responsible for any shipping costs, as well as duties and/ or taxes that may be incurred from the international transit of any part or system for repair
